Shipping & Delivery Info

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please remember to check your spam folder if you don’t see these emails in your inbox.

Delivery Timeframes
Our products ship from multiple fulfillment centers to ensure availability and efficiency. Typical delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days (may be longer during peak seasons or customs delays)

Please note that high-demand or restocked items may require additional time. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 30 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Tracking
Most orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you as soon as it becomes available. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately at no extra cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes as processing may have already begun.

Delays
We strive to deliver on time, but delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carrier backlogs, or peak holiday seasons. We kindly ask for your patience in such cases.

Missing or Stolen Packages
If you purchase Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is protected against loss, theft, or damage.

  • Lost in Transit: If tracking never updates to “Delivered,” you are eligible for a replacement.

  • Marked Delivered but Not Received: If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package, you must file a stolen package claim. This may include:

    • A claim with the courier,

    • A brief signed statement confirming non-receipt, or

    • A police report (for high-value orders).

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery scan.

We review each case individually. Claims submitted without the required documentation may be denied.
