Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility (Condition of Items)
Items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear, damage, or alteration, and must include the original packaging and tags. Normal try-on is acceptable, but items must be in resellable condition.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at support@jacksonandblake.com to request a Return Authorization.

  • You must receive authorization before sending items back. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reliable, trackable service and providing us with the tracking number once shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items 
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send a replacement at no cost. Refunds are not issued for damaged products, as we ensure every customer receives the item they ordered in perfect condition. If the item is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be provided.

Incorrect Items
If we shipped the wrong item, we will send the correct item to you at no cost. Refunds are not issued while a correct replacement is being sent.

Wrong Size or Fit
If an item doesn’t fit as expected, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, following our standard return process. Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care/hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Any item marked Final Sale at checkout

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
If a returned item is missing packaging/tags or shows signs of wear or damage, we may issue a partial refund instead of a full refund, or return the item to you.

Exchanges
For the fastest exchange, return the original item (once authorized)

Refund Processing
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@jacksonandblake.com

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging and tags, and include proof of purchase.
